This most likely indicates that you don't have QuickDNS Load Balancer running on your QuickDNS server. Furthermore, your slave DNS server doesn't have the load balance record. Instead, it shows that you also have an A record named www.worldwidewebstore.com. That's not going to work; remove the a record. Is there some reason your slave server isn't hosting the load balance record?
