Your prompt attention to the listserver has answered all of my (current) questions.....no need to talk further. Wow...nice package. Our first invoicing/billing went very well. Are there any docs on the "Import Declines" button on the Post Payments screen?? I suspect all you need is the username, but would like to know if anything else is required or needed. A couple of suggestions: 1) when sending a library letter by email, it would be cool to KNOW it was sent...some sort of dialog box that confirms the handoff to our smtp server.... 2) when this happens, it would also be nice to have a record of the transaction in the customer data somewhere...don't need text per se, but just a time/date stamp and title of the letter sent...
