Do you mean I should just copy all the questions to a letter and mass mail it? By the way...when a question in the survey section extends past a single line, the subsequent lines do not show up for someone going to the customer callback section. Now, I also saw that you said this section is web-enabled, and I was wondering if it was setup on a survey web page, would it also cut off lines after the first from showing?
