At the login prompt, put Upgrade as the login and Stats as the password.
It will report on the number of records per table, etc. See if it looks
like the Aliases_.USR file has the right number (roughly) of emails you
have on record.
If not, you can restore your Aliases_.USR file from the most recent
backup since nothing has changed that has to do with emails.
