I can't speak for anyone's experience but my own - but I also had major
technical complications and confusion due to their licensing policy. I
received an email from their sales department, and they worked with me to
find a flexible solution that was agreeable to both parties. I found them to
be more reasonable than most all other software developers I've worked with.

I understand that M&M are tremendously backlogged after the launch of 3.5 -
and that may be related in part to the confusion caused by the licensing
policy. But based on my experience, I'm sure if you'll be patient with them,
that they'll work with you to find a solution to your situation.
