From: Steven Mueller Date: Tuesday, January 5, 1999 Time: 7:07:19 am One of my biggest headaches is when customers call or show up in person, and an employee signs them up on paper and collects payment prorated out for say this month and all of next. Using Calculator we come up with a different number EVERY TIME then OG. It might be a nice feature to add to have an internal OG Calculator so that when someone asks how much they'll pay if they signed up today or a week from today, we could type in the sign up date, the expiration date (say 1/10/99 and 3/1/99) and the product ID and OG will calculate what the prorate is without having to actually create a new customer. That way I don't have to adjust the initial invoice each time I add a new customer. Just a thought... :-) Steven Mueller Central Florida InterNetworking, Inc.
