Optigold ISP looks for Windows to tell it what the default printer is. Unfortunately, there is a bug in Windows that sometimes returns the wrong printer as the default. The only work-around I have figured out is to do this: - Remove all print drivers from the machine except the one you want to be the TRUE default printer. - Make sure that printer is set as the default, and then test something in Optigold ISP to make sure it's picking it up as the default printer. - Reinstall any other printer driver(s) you want to have available on your computer as secondary printers. Windows seems to sometimes return the first printer installed as the default printer instead of the ACTUAL default printer.
