QuickDNS Server for Mac OS 8/9 does not support access restrictions
for queries. If you were to switch to QuickDNS Server for Mac OS X,
or to Bind, you'd be able to restrict access to just those hosts (or
subnets) that are authorized to use your server for recursive
resolution.
