billing/tracking software. Unfortunately we are in the process of manually
entering in all of our customers from hard copy (have IV with coffee in my
arm at this point!!)
So far things have been pretty straight forward. One thing that I am
wondering about is this. We have a certain amount of customers who pre-paid
for 2 years of service, and I want to enter them into the database, however
what I am doing with them is not including any billing or products. Then
setting the termination date to the time when the account expires. I am
curious if there would be a smarter way to do this??
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
