If eni.net is your ISP and you are metaforimaging.com, then your ISP has not
delegated the 253.132.216.in-addr.arpa. zone to you. From your original post,
I had assumed that the eni.net name servers were yours, since you said that
you had entered NS records pointing to them. My error, sorry. If you want the
zone delegated to your metaforimaging.com servers, you'll need to get the
eni.net admin to hop to it for you. 8^)
