The way we do it is set there establish date as the time the set up their
account. Next, you can add a billing cycle item or not depending on how
you would prefer them to renew. If you want them to do another 2 year
prepay, you could create a 2 year prepay billing cycle item then when
they're expired it would send them a new invoice with the option to renew
or they can set up a different kind of account if they so please.

If you don't want them to renew the 2 year prepay, you can just leave out
the billing cycle item, and make a one-time invoice that gives them a time
credit for 2 years. Then, when they expire, you'll have to remember to
contact them to see if they want to renew and with what package.
