The only suggestion I can think of is to create the invoice, but don't send
it. Then, the next time the billing cycle invoice is created, it will add
that $10 as a past due amount to the invoice. Unfortunately, it does not
give a description for it though. Since the setup fee does not give time
credit, it will not affect past due status or show up in the customers to
charge if they are a credit card user (unless you check the bill now box).
