Search Again: DNS Expert FEATURE REQUEST From: Joseph D''Andrea Date: Tuesday, June 5, 2001 Time: 6:38:27 am Please, please, please ask allow us to copy the "results" window... just like we can copy other DNSexpert windows. Frequently after running a DNSexpert analysis on a zone, I look at the results and then I want to e-mail it to someone. Right now I have to open the results window; find "reports" in the menu; choose the zone if it isn't already selected; choose the type of report if it isn't already selected; save it to a disk file; switch to my e-mail program; open the saved report; copy it; go to the outgoing message; paste it; and finally delete report file from the disk. Compare that to doing a DNS Query with DNSexpert where I can cmd-A and copy the whole response and paste it somewhere else. I realize that there are time when the saved reports are handy and I even use them from time to time, so I'm not asking that they be removed...
