OK, I'll pass that along.

In the current version, you can control-click (Mac OS) or select and
right-click (Windows) on (many things in DNS Expert windows,
including...) any given error message in analysis results.

Note that copying this way doesn't work between Classic and Mac OS
X-native applications. Only cmd-C and Edit/Copy are noticed;
otherwise, the two OS's (one inside the other) maintain separate
clipboards.
