I thought about that... then decided not to... just because so many ISPs
that are international are using it. It would screw them up if they
needed 4 or 5 characters in there. It's very easy to change though by
anyone. You can just load up the CDML text file and add the MAXLENGTH=3
tag to that form field.

Also something I wanted to do, but the initial page is static and not
dynamic, so you can't insert variables into it. But if an ISP wanted to,
they could edit the page on their end so that it staticly displayed the
min/max lengths.
