Tech Call Backs

I know this has to be covered somewhere but I cannot find it in the mail
list archives or the manual.

If I click the Tech Call Back button I get the red text saying one is
needed and the check next to Tech Support on the main menu, but... what do
I have to do to get it to go away?

I tried entering a tech call back entry right under the dreaded red text...
no help. I entered a call from the "main" customer page... no help. So,
help...
