I fixed the problem, you can change the account from accounts receivable
to the revenue account number for the item, the invoice will set against
the receivables, and the item will go into your revenue account.

You need to change them from a bank account to another account type
after
you import them the first time. The QuickBooks import format is not
detailed enough to allow you to specify account type, so if it doesn't
exist
already, it defaults it to a bank account. Lame but, only Intuit would
be
able to fix it.
