FileMaker Pro Server does not have the web stuff built-in. It's just a
high-performance database server, not a web server. The web server is
part of FIleMaker Pro 4.x.

And it's not critical for the web stuff at all. FileMaker Pro Server
gives you better general database performance, but has nothing to do with
the web.
