That certainly makes it difficult for you to serve data for the affected zones
that agrees with what DNSWIZ is serving. If you (or your clients) are the
registered 'owner' of the domains and if you are paying DNSWIZ to provide name
service for you, I'd think that should give you some sort of leverage to
demand that they allow you to get zone transfers for your own domains.
Alternatively, you might want to think about reversing the relationship so
that your server is the master for the zones and DNSWIZ (or whoever) provides
slave (secondary) service. In the long run, that gives you the most control
over the zones, since you're not at the mercy of some outside DNS hosting
service to maintain the correct data in a timely manner.

What server(s) is (are) bouncing the mail, and what reason does it (they) give
for the bounces?
