Search Again: Pending Accounts From: Fred Sadowick Date: Monday, June 18, 2001 Time: 12:46:05 pm Hi, When invoice is generated and account goes to Pending via online signup, why does the invoice get copied to audit if... 1. prior to approved payment, and 2. pending account is not approved yet and may get rejected What is our OG option to delete open, not paid, not approved invoices still in pending as nothing should go to audit if nothing has been approved/paid. Thus, canceling of pending account with open invoices should wipe out everything without forcing deletion of open invoices first. regards, Fred G.
