I don't see any problem. I followed the trail of delegation, and it
all looks fine. When I queried my resolver for a PTR record named
"1.200.95.63.in-addr.arpa.", it gave back these records:
1.200.95.63.in-addr.arpa. CNAME 1.0.200.95.63.in-addr.arpa.
1.0.200.95.63.in-addr.arpa. PTR router.3-rivers.com.
I even queried all the alternate servers, to make sure that there
were no discrepancies. For example, I queried both of the servers
that are authoritative for the surrounding class C subnet. I received
identical answers from them.
