Hey Avi! We switched over from a piece of shit billing package that was
based on Access and could not be happier with Optigold. Like any program out
there it doesn't always have *every* feature that we like, however the
response from Shawn sets a standard that other companies would be well
suited to follow. The package is very robust, runs well for us and has
generally made my life much easier....upgrades tend to occur about every 2
weeks or so and Shawn LISTENS to his customers. While he may not always
implement a requested feature, it is always with a reason which he generally
explains....
Shawn, a thought just occured to me....does Crystal Reports operate with
Optigold? If so, there is no longer a problem with reports!
