Well, the CUSTOMER web interface has been available for about a year now... The web interface stuff requires a copy of FIleMaker Pro 4.x (since it uses the HTTP server built into it). Customer Web Interface - allows customers to get account info (payment history, balance due, expiration date, invoice history, usage history, etc.) Troubleshooter in tech support section is also web enabled. Salesperson Web Interface - allows salespeople to log in and check commissions in real time. Online Signup - allows new customers to enter themselves into Optigold ISP. Can also be used if you want to allow salespeople or resellers to enter accounts into the system via the web.
