Invoicing cancelled accounts?

We have several accounts in OG that have been cancelled for a while now, but
now when we did our last billing, these cancelled customers are still
invoiced. Some of them have previous balances, and some don't, but they're
all getting billed for cycles after the time of their cancellation. Why is
this happening? I know there's a preferrence to invoice cancelled accounts
that have a previous balance, but don't know why OG would add additional
cycles to a cancelled account. I don't have to remove their billing cycle
item on their account, do I?

How do we fix this?
