Is it possible to set the MISC field have a choice instead of you filling in the blank?? Let say you click on MISC 4 - you would choose erit or inet or fdi ?? Or can I have a field on the Customer Info screen called domain and I could put the last part of the customers domain name in this area? Just trying to make it easier for my employees to key in the info. Not trying to be difficult.
