That would be cool. That way they know that they will be "shut off" or have
to pay a premium price for the remainder of the month. That would be really
cool.

What about basing it on the "Flag After" field on the customer's usage
screen? Have a preference or something that basically lets you specify how
close they get to that before they get an email. For example, if they get
within 10 hours of their "Flag After" value.
