There is no logo being printed on the invoices. Under Fancy Invoice Type it
is set to normal.
Yesterday I printed 30 invoices and out of all 30, one had the return
address and none of the others did. These customers were all entered within
the same week and the invoice that had the return address on it was in the
middle of the group.
I also have the 'Return Address on Non Fancy Stubs' option set to 'yes'.

Are you printing a logo on the invoices? And if so, is the logo overwriting
the address? If you go to Maintenance & Preferences -> Invoice Setup what
do you have the "Fancy Invoice Type" set to?
