OK... Is the new format documented somewhere, or has the PDF been
revised?
Access to your web server was wonky today, either due to Digex issues or
maybe something more local to you guys, so I didn't re-download, being
happy just to get the PDF this afternoon.

Not impossible; I did it in Platypus by writing a perl script to do all
of the appropriate inserts into the various tables.
But also not necessary if it is done this month.
Do you have the ability to put someone on a payment plan to pay down an old
balance?
