This is a bug in QuickDNS 3.5 for Mac OS X. Basically, it's trying to create a file on disk that has the same name as the zone, and of course the slash is illegal in file names on Unix.
There is a workaround, but it requires changing some of the files QuickDNS generates. You can contact support@menandmice.com for details on this.
