Colvin Date: Tuesday, July 10, 2001 Time: 6:34:37 pm I'm trying to use the letter library section to create an e-mail requisition form for our installers. The problem is, getting the e-mail to send to a specific e-mail address instead of to the customer's e-mail. Would it be possible to have an "Override E-mail Address TO" field specific to individual letters? Kind of like the "Override From" field...That way, the letters can be sent by the sales people (Remember, I hate them) when they've completed creating the customer's account, and entering the info needed by the installers...
