There was an issue that the assigning of customer IDs could potentially be
slow on sub-accounts. It was trying to find any available ones, instead of
just using the next available one at the end of the used list. It has been
changed in the latest version though. But if you don't have time to
upgrade, if you just let it run it's course, it will eventually find a free
one. Ideally, upgrading makes it fast though...
