billing cycleFrom: Richard Brodsky Date: Saturday, January 9, 1999
Time: 11:05:13 amI have an account that I entered on Nov. 22 and later realized that it
should have been entered on Oct. 9 for 3 months credit. I changed the est.
date and the exp. date was changed to Jan 9 (today), however it never showed
up to invoice and it's not showing up as due to bill with any outstanding
balance. Why is this and how should I have handled this s if I did something
wrong?
