Time: 2:31:45 pmWell, prorating an invoice to come out to whatever date you do your billing
on is pretty easy, I am talking about when I don't enter the account, 9
times out of 10 I have to go back and edit the invoice or exp date. The
way I do it is when I create a new account or invoice, in the prorate
field, enter the date you want to use for when you invoices are generated.
Say today is 1/9/99 and we invoice the first of every month, so in the
prorate field I put in 2/1/99 then click prorate and it will prorated any
products in the invoice that are able to be prorated which you setup under
the products area.
