No, optigold does that with the automated tasks....i have it put
customers on hold after they are 4 days past due...therefore they are no
longer included in the authent.csv file, which is also the radius
file....We use the telnet script to create an account on another machine
for email , however there is no need to touch that when they are on hold
since they can't get online anyway :). If we don't here from the
customer after a few weeks, we just manually delete him or her from the
mail server.
This could be done with telnet as well, I just havent got around to it.
Note that customers are only marked to be put on hold after being 4 days
past due. We still have to select "put customers on hold" each day from
the main menu.
Note to Shawn....can this be automated?

I don't know if this is the best way of doing things Lance, but it works
for us!
