Importing Sales into MYOB ADDENDUMFrom: Matthew Nock Date: Thursday, August 2, 2001
Time: 5:33:46 amI just realised something else...
OptiGold doesnt allow you to pass the individual billing items per invoice,
out when you export?
So how do I get the export to show that in each billing cycle customer BILL
SMITH buys 5 EMAIL-POP3 at a particular price?
Is there anyway?
=======================
I am configuring my export from OptiGold to import my sales and payments
into MYOB.
I am wondering if anyone else has run into the same problem...
I have a number of customers stored in MYOB and OptiGold that have a
firstname, lastname, and company name. And some that are idividuals (ie: no
company name).
The Import file for MYOB requires Company_name/LastName to be able to match
up the customer record to import the data.
However, how am I going to export all customers in one go? I had originally
thought that i could make the export file to have "<Lastname>","<Firstname>"
etc... but then for customers who have their details listed in MYOB under
their company, there would be no way for MYOB to pick up the record.
Is this making sense? has anyone else run into the same dilema?
Cheers,
Matthew.
