Yes it does. Look in the Utilities folder.

Same scripts. They'll work on all three versions of AppleScript that
I had on hand when testing them - the version that comes with Mac OS
8.6, AppleScript 1.6 (available as an update for Mac OS 9), and the
version that comes with Mac OS X.

The license terms have changed. You'll need a second key. You can get
one for no charge from our sales department by indicating that (a)
you've upgraded from a prior version, and (b) you're operating two
