I'm evaluating the possibility of migrating to OG soon (Nice work!)

I'm a little bewildered by the mutlitude of options, and haven't yet found
the right combination.

We mail out monthly bills on the 15th, due on the 1st of the next month,
billing for the next month.

If we sign up someone before the 15th, we bill a pro-rated amount for the
rest of the month (got this figured out in OG)

If we sign up someone after the 15th, we bill a pro-rated amount plus the
full month charge for the month ahead (since we have already sent out the
bills for the next billing cycle.) How do I set up this part?

Also, If I bill a customer monthly for domain services, but also want to
bill a yearly internic charge, how do I set that up?

Thanks for intertaining the newbie!
