Re: payments not posting correctlyFrom: Ann Rexrode Date: Tuesday, August 7, 2001
Time: 7:01:11 amWhen I post the deposits, generally the screen shows customer name, etc. and
balance due at the top . Now it is showing the balance due as the total
amount that the customer has paid on the account from beginning till today.
IT does post the payments, and my deposit reports for the day are accurate.

Balance due is a sum of their invoices minus a sum of their payments. If
the customer has 3 invoices for $17.95, what payments do they have on record
under their payments screen?
