Not with that setup. You'd need to have two DNS servers to do so.

It's not necessarily a problem to mix public and private DNS data on
one server. The only problem you get is if you need to have two
different versions of the same zone - IPNetRouter has its highly
useful "local NAT" feature, so you probably will never need to have
split DNS.
