Ross,

Of your two DNS servers, one is doing load balancing correctly
(giving out pretty much just one IP address). The other,
smtp2.thewwwstore.com, has a problem.

I know you said QuickDNS Load Balancer is running on both servers.
Make sure that the copy that's running is the copy that's located in
the same folder as QuickDNS Server.

If that's not the problem, make sure that this machine can make
connections on port 80 to your two web servers.
