Time: 3:51:03 pmJust to be clear, you're using QuickDNS 3.x, right?
Connect to both servers. Open the zone from the master server. Open
the load balance record. Make sure that the slave server is listed
(and checked) at the bottom of the record.
Now let me ask again: On the slave server, can you copy those extra
NS records and paste them in? I'd like to see them, to make sure they
look right.
