Trouble Tickets

Shawn (and whom ever)

Is there a means by which the customer can open a trouble ticket via the
web? I know it can be setup to let them request a tech support call,
but it would be nice to have a means to allow them to create a ticket.

Also, why doesn't the email button in the tech support section of OG
work? It doesn't seem to send email anywhere.

We're using 2.7 at the moment, and yes, I plan to upgrade it this week.
