Search Again: cancelled acct From: Sharon Tan Date: Wednesday, September 5, 2001 Time: 5:35:59 am Hi Shawn, how does the Cancelled accts under reports and charts get generated? I'm pretty sure that we cancelled more than 10 accts last month, but when we generate the report, it is showing only 4 accts. And when i try to generate for this-year-to-date, it is still that 4 accts. Pls advise.
