Search Again: Import Questions From: Roger Starnes Date: Wednesday, September 5, 2001 Time: 1:39:03 pm I'm importing customers. =20 (1) On a screen labeled "Assigning customer ids...", I get the following message "You do not have the privileges [sic] required to access this function." What is causing this message? =20 (2) Afterwards, I get a dialog box that says "Unindexed records to search: [number of records]. Processing field 'Carry Over Balance'". This appears to be going through the entire customer base. What is it doing and why? =20 (3) The program then seems to "go away" (but is still processing) for a VERY, long time. What is it doing? =20 (4) The program is creating a "dummy" invoice with no time credit for the carryover balance. Is it supposed to do this?
