If you are having the system auto-assign customer numbers, but you do not
have access privileges as an employee to edit customer number, you will get
that.

It's checking if you have any customers that need a carry over balance
invoice generated.

Yes, if you imported carry over balances.

Yes, but you can omit the carry over product under the product sales report
if you wish.
