I am using an older version. If you are using the newest version of
optigold i'm sure that you have the correct setting.

I think verisign migrated everyone to their new platform by now.

Make sure you have the right package with verisign. I found that they were
very slow to get everything activated for me. I would call them and let
them know that you are unable to authenticate your transactions from
anywhere but the manager web site. They can track things down from there.

There is no option under the billing preferences to select a version. There
is only Verisign Payflow Pro.

Jose,

Make sure you have your billing preferences set to the correct version of
payflowpro.

Also, try logging out of optigold and closing all the databases and then
opening them back up and re-logging in. Sometimes that does the trick for
me.

Shawn, I am still having problems getting optigold to authorize CCard
transacions I get Returned Code 3 and user authentication failed. I have
double and triple checked this. It works fine when I do manual transactions.
I have CCauthorize v.2.6.6 on this workstation and I have the current
version of optigold.I have CCAuthorize v.2.6.6 will this version work? Do
they all have to be the same version?
