In fact, the MX records for planeta.com. point to greenbuilder.com. hosts, so I'm not sure why you need a mail.planeta.com.? FWIW, I can successfully connect to ports 25 (smtp) and 110 (pop) on mail.greenbuilder.com and to port 80 (http) on both www.greenbuilder.com and mms.greenbuilder.com.
