That's my translation of a client's report. They're not always
terribly precise in their reporting...

You're quite correct... there is no mail.planeta.com, and there
isn't supposed to be. And perhaps that was the problem. I'll have
to double check the problem report to see if the email was sent to an
incorrect address.
