The name of your server is not well-defined.

In the gTLD servers, there are the following records:

ns1.starionhost.net. A 209.248.156.142
ns2.starionhost.net. A 209.248.156.138

If I query either of those IP addresses, these records are not
duplicated. Therefore, according to the only servers I can find from
that outside that have authoritative data, your server names don't
exist.

And yet, they are defined in the gTLD servers, as glue records. These
glue records will be used by resolvers (sometimes) given the lack of
better data. However, this should not be depended upon - as I said,
it's a "sometimes" thing, and is not going to lead to consistent
results.

This is the most reasonable explanation for why you're experiencing
this problem.
