it=B4s got an "official" name: RRset
Resource Record set, is a set of records that have the same owner, netwo=
rk=20
class, and record type, but different Record Data. In answers, BIND will=
=20
always respond with the entire, never partial, set of RRset records.
If you query for
aol.com mx
hotmail.com mx
msn.com mx
... you=B4ll see some RRset that get hammered every day. And the changing=
=20
"physical order" of the RRset records from both the authoritative and=20
caching servers.
